Very interesting! I think this has always been an issue with legalization, even thought pot has never been my cup of tea, I think adult humans should be allowed to put anything they’d like in their own bodies. The flipside is that I (and probably most folks) don’t want stoned drivers on the road any more than drunks, so this will be a necessary thing if legalization continues to gain ground. I guess a qualitative test, even if less courthouse useful than a quant would let you know if someone needed to be referred for a quantitative blood test.
