On a nice Sunday morning I decided to experience a very nice event here in NY called brunch. I know it seems like I am the last one to experience such a wonderful treat. I left the location of choice to my friend on this adventure. He couldn’t have chosen a better place. He took me to the Mango Seed in Brooklyn.

I have to say this is a hidden treasure of Brooklyn. This is a clean restaurant and you are automatically greeted with a smile by the employees. Honestly they bring new meaning to service with a smile. Speaking of service, I have never had such a wonderful experience at a restaurant. The staff was attentive and very knowledgeable about the food on the menu. They knew when to refill their wonderful mimosa highlights. Did I mention that their mimosas are off the chain? Literally! As a bonus they provided unlimited mimosas, for a small fee of course as well for a limited time . Talk about de-lish!

The food is wonderfully prepared. I actually felt as if I was having breakfast at my parents home. The mimosas were a bonus. As if the food wasn’t good enough, the presentation although simple, can make any mouth water. Trust me I watch as they brought the other patrons their food. I am not one to provide stars to a review, but if I had to attach one to this one it would be an eleven. 😉

The atmosphere was so wonderful and friendly that for the time we were there it was like everyone there was family. So next time you happen to be in Brooklyn NY, try to make your way to the Mango Seed. The Mango Seed is located at 757A Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226. Bon Appetite!
